Our Commitment to Clean


As we welcome you back to our events, we are committed to providing you with a safe environment that aligns with expert protocols for working to defeat COVID-19. Our event staff has been working with in-house and outside experts in food and water safety, hygiene and infection prevention, and event operations. We are redefining our cleaning and safety standards to ensure that all of our attendees have a safe and memorable experience. We are actively monitoring and evolving our solutions to ensure a continued focus on the health and safety of our guests and event staff.

Face Coverings


To promote the health & safety of the local community (and our guests), face coverings will be distributed and required for attendees, speakers, and staff members while attending indoor areas of the conference. We ask that you also consider wearing masks when & where appropriate while enjoying our outdoor networking opportunities. If for some reason you lose your mask or need additional masks, a member of our staff will happily assist in getting you a new one.

Zero Contact Registration


Our team has worked diligently to streamline the registration process to keep it quick and contactless! Attendees will be called up to our registration desk one at a time and given their gift bag. Contained within the bag, you’ll find your badge, sanitary wipes, face mask, and a host of other goodies! We are committed to making this process as painless as possible for everyone.

Spaced Seating & Limited Attendees


To help eliminate the risk of spreading COVID-19 transmission through person-to-person contact, Advanced Search Summit will be limiting attendance and spacing attendees out at least 6 feet apart throughout our venues. This includes moving furniture to allow for more space between attendees, installing hand sanitizing stations at entrances and exits, and installing partitions where it makes sense.

Outdoor Venues


Safety comes in many forms. Some of them are simple, like having the option to enjoy fresh air while attending Advanced Search Summit. We’ve added outdoor space at all of our venues for attendees to enjoy a breath of fresh air during the conference and our networking locations. And to go above and beyond, all of our social networking activities will be held outside!
